Manasik Foundation
First: Nature of Service
Manasik Foundation is an entity that executes rituals and charitable services by legal proxy. Services include: Aqiqah – Vows – Charity – Sacrifices – Umrah by proxy – Wells – Water connections. Any service execution is based on the data and intention provided by the client.
Second: Booking Confirmation
Booking is officially confirmed upon sending a message (booking confirmed). Booking confirmation means complete client agreement to all terms and conditions.
Third: Proxy and Intention
Completing the booking constitutes explicit authorization to Manasik Foundation to perform the ritual on behalf of the client. The intention and naming are in the name of the delegated person as stated in the data. Performing any single ritual for more than one person is not permissible.
Fourth: Modifying, Canceling, or Exchanging the Reservation
The deadline to modify data, exchange the Aqiqah, or cancel the reservation is 1:00 AM on the day of the reservation. After this time, no modifications or cancellations will be permitted under any circumstances
Fifth: Contact Information
The client must provide at least two phone numbers for communication. If there is only one number, a number of a family member or acquaintance must be added. The foundation is not responsible for communication failure due to incomplete or incorrect data.
Sixth: Islamic Commitment
Manasik Foundation commits to performing all rituals according to approved Islamic rulings. Sacrificial animals are chosen sound and free from defects while observing Islamic conditions. Umrah by proxy is performed only for those who are Islamically permissible (deceased or permanently unable living person).
Seventh: Communication and Receipt Method
All correspondence and documentation are done via WhatsApp only. Delivery is not done through any other means.
Eighth: Documentation (General Principle)
Documentation aims for reassurance and proof of execution, not publicity. The type and duration of documentation depends on payment status.
Ninth: Partial Payment (Remaining Amount)
In case of a remaining amount from the booking: The client receives preliminary documentation: 10 seconds duration. Proves work completion clearly. Valid for one-time viewing. Not downloadable or re-sendable. Preliminary documentation is clear proof of ritual completion. No additional documentation or remaining documentation is delivered before completing payment.
Tenth: Payment Completion Deadline
The entire remaining amount must be completed immediately upon receiving preliminary documentation. Failure to complete payment stops delivery of any other documentation, and results in receipt delay as determined by the foundation.
Eleventh: Documentation Receipt Deadlines
For Aqiqah / Vows / Charity / Umrah by proxy: Within 24 hours of execution. In cases of pressure or emergencies: Maximum 48 hours. Wells and water connections: From two weeks to two months depending on execution nature.
Twelfth: Liability
The foundation is not responsible for any error resulting from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the client. The foundation is not responsible for any delay resulting from force majeure circumstances beyond control.
Thirteenth: Update and Modification
Manasik Foundation has the right to update the terms and conditions in a way that achieves Islamic and organizational benefit. The latest published version is always in effect.
Fourteenth: Final Acceptance
Completing a booking or using any service means complete and final agreement to all terms and conditions mentioned above.
