Your privacy is a trust
We collect only what we need to carry out your order, show the right price for your country and stay in touch with you, and we never sell your data. This policy applies to manasik.net and the Manasik app and WhatsApp.
What we collect and why
Name, phone, email and country: to create your account, carry out your order and contact you. Names of the people the work is done for and booking details: to carry out and document your order. Payment details and transfer receipts: to complete and review payment; card details are handled by the payment gateway and we do not keep them. Your country from your internet address, SIM and time zone, and your location when needed and with your permission: to show the right price; we store the country name only, never your precise location. Your device's notification ID: for order and offer notifications, which you can turn off in settings. Your chats with Mr. Kabsh: to answer your questions and improve the answers. Usage data, cookies and a random visitor ID: to measure ads and improve the service.
Who we share it with
Execution teams: only what is needed to carry out your order (names, intention, specifications). Technical service providers: the payment gateway (EasyKash), website and database hosting, WhatsApp, the AI provider that runs Mr. Kabsh, the notification service, and an internet-address checking service that confirms your country. Advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and OpenAI), to measure our ads: they receive your email and phone one-way hashed, with purchase data; you can refuse ad cookies in your browser or device settings. Authorities: only under a binding legal request.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for 5 years for accounting and to follow up on any enquiry, and the rest of your data for as long as your account exists.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app (Account → Delete account) or at manasik.net/en/delete-account; we delete its data within 30 days, except the order records we must keep, which we separate from your identity as far as possible.
Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data, and withdraw consent to notifications, location and ad cookies at any time. Email us at manasiksales@gmail.com and we reply within 30 days.
Documentation
We never publish documentation showing your name or the names of those the work is done for without your explicit consent.
Children
Our services are for people over 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data. Newborns' names for aqiqah are provided by a parent or guardian.
Data protection
Your data is encrypted in transit and only authorised staff can access it. It may be stored on servers outside your country with providers committed to data-protection standards.
Updates
We will tell you about any significant change in the app or on WhatsApp.
